Restrictions for fishing are in force in the Republic of Crimea and separately in the city of Sevastopol in accordance with federal law N166 – FZ of December 20.12.2004, 2021. However, in order to effectively implement the legislation, rules were developed for each fishery. The ban on fishing in Crimea XNUMX is spelled out in the rules of the Azovo-Chernomorsky fish farm.

There is a spawning ban and a number of other restrictive measures. Therefore, anglers, before going fishing, need to familiarize themselves with the rules. Otherwise, you can run into a fine.

Spawning ban in the Republic of Crimea in 2021

From the name it is clear that fishing is prohibited during the spawning season. Most often this is in the spring – summer period. From the first of April to the end of May, a ban is introduced for all inland water bodies of the peninsula. But the 2021 spawning ban in Crimea does not apply to the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, as well as the Kerch Strait in certain cases.

For violation of this rule, an administrative fine is imposed in accordance with Article 8.37 of Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the amount of:

  • for individuals 2 – 5 thousand rubles;
  • officials 20 – 30 thousand rubles;
  • legal entities 100 – 200 thousand rubles.

In addition, tools for committing an offense are confiscated for all categories of citizens. Including swimming facilities.

Also, from the beginning of April to the end of August, fishing is prohibited in the channels connecting estuaries and lakes with the sea. Fishing is also prohibited in front of the girls at a distance of 500 meters in both directions.

Features for the basin of the Azov and Black Seas

In addition to the general prohibition during the spawning period, there are a number of others regarding certain biological resources. For example, fishing for flounder is prohibited – glosses in Azov, the Kerch Strait and Sivash. Between January 1st and May 31st. In the same reservoirs, all July you can not get Black Sea shrimp.

All year round, under the ban on mining in Azov and the Black Sea are:

  • all types of fish of the sturgeon family;
  • Black Sea salmon;
  • gurnard;
  • monogamy;
  • oyster;
  • goby;
  • light slabs;
  • flounder – turbot;
  • black sea crab;

Areas prohibited for harvesting (catching) aquatic biological resources

In the autumn-winter period (15.11. – 31.03.) wintering pits are subject to restrictions. In this case, a specific list of districts is indicated:

  • Pobednaya;
  • Salgir;
  • Kovrovo 1;
  • Kovrovo 2;
  • Nizhegorskaya;
  • Nekrasovka;
  • Dmitrivka;

  • Chatyrlytskaya;
  • Vorontsovskaya;
  • Donuzlav;
  • Smelly;
  • Red – Shore;
  • Intermountain;
  • Simferopol.

In each district, the location of the reservoir is clearly defined, where restrictions are introduced. More details can be found in the Order of the Ministry of Agriculture “On the approval of fishing rules for the Azov – Black Sea fishery basin.”

Fishing bans vary by location

  1. 01.04. – 31.05. all objects of fishery importance. The ban does not include the Vityazevsky Estuary and the Black Sea.
  2. 15.11. – 31.03. in all inland waters transport hunting.
  3. 01.11. – 28.02. for all types of bioresources:

Trout fishing (barbel and brown trout) is prohibited all year round. The same applies to zander in the Sea of Azov.

  1. 15.01. – 28 (29).02. pike everywhere.
  2. 15.03. – 30.04. all over the walleye.
  3. 15.03. – 30.04. ram and roach in the Sea of Azov.
  4. 01.01. – 15.06. fishing for freshwater crayfish is ubiquitous.

How long does the spring ban on water bodies last

Spring is divided into several types. It is absolutely impossible to hunt aquatic biological resources in all waters for exactly two months (from the beginning of April to the end of May). In addition, the whole of March is limited to wintering pits. Specific areas have been listed above. It follows that a certain veto has been in effect for almost the entire spring.

Rules for fishing in the Crimea in the seas and inland waters

The ban on fishing in 2021 in Crimea is spelled out in the fishing rules for the Azov-Black Sea fishery basin.

If prohibited species of biological resources were accidentally caught, then they must be released regardless of their condition. Try not to cause damage.

Also, the official document defines other norms that must be observed when extracting aquatic biological resources. For example, there is a minimum size of fish caught. It varies depending on the reservoir.

Thus, it is impossible to catch pike perch in fishery waters with a length of less than 38 cm. The minimum size of bream in the Sea of u28bu17bAzov is 20 cm. The same is determined for chub. Flounder – gloss should not be less than 10 cm, mullet XNUMX cm, horse mackerel XNUMX cm.

In the event that a fish or crayfish smaller than the specified size is caught, they are subject to immediate release into their natural habitat. Otherwise, you can get a fine.

The next restrictive measure is the daily rate, i.e. a certain amount of bioresources per day is allowed. It can be calculated in pieces and kilograms.

The daily rate of Sudak is two copies, the same applies to Catfish and Carp. Sargan, Taran, Rybets, Sinets, Bream, Kumzha and a number of other types of fish, the norm is five kilograms.

Rapanov can be caught up to 10 kg per day, freshwater crayfish up to 30 specimens, shrimps no more than 2 kg, Artemia is allowed only 0,2 kg, chironomids 0,5 kg, polychaetes 0,5 kg.

But this does not mean that you can catch all types of fish according to the allowed number. The total norm per day for all aquatic inhabitants is no more than 5 kg. What if you caught only one fish weighing more than 5 kg? In this case, such a catch is allowed, but only in one copy. Simply put, we caught a 6 kg fish and that’s where the fishing ended today.

Forbidden implements and methods of fishing

Also, the fishing rules in Crimea for 2021 impose restrictions on the following items:

  • networks of all kinds;
  • all types of traps (muzzles, stabs, tops and others);
  • passive fishing gear (casters, hooks, pokes and others) in trout habitats;
  • the presence of fishing rods, spinning rods with a total number of hooks of more than 10 pcs. per person;
  • tackle for trawl;
  • all devices that allow bioresources to wander (nonsense, nets, sleds, screens, spiders, etc.). It is allowed only for one citizen “spider” or a scoop that does not increase one meter in all directions;
  • il-bieb;
  • homemade hook tackle;
  • piercing fishing gear (with the exception of underwater guns and pistols);
  • all types of firearms and pneumatic weapons, as well as crossbows and bows;
  • the use of electrical appliances, explosives, toxic and narcotic substances.

Now consider what methods of extraction of aquatic biological resources are prohibited:

  • hooking, jamming, rutting are prohibited;
  • use of lighting devices both from the surface and in the water column at night;

It is allowed to use lighting devices in the dark when using fishing rods, spinning rods and crayfish.

  • the use of a rowing vessel or watercraft equipped with two or more lures (per track);
  • the same applies to trolling;
  • the use of such devices as races, dams, hairpins and other barriers;
  • lifting net with a diameter of more than 70 cm for shrimp, mussels, rapans;
  • gill method;
  • catching freshwater crayfish by hand wade.
